To celebrate UNESCO’s International Mother Language Day (Feb 21), the Global HL Think Tank has published a Global Call to Action for HL Education in order to promote students’ universal right to study their heritage languages. The Global HL Think Tank members believe that the Global Call will spark a large-scale discussion about HL education and change in language policy-making.
